Buick Encore: Recreational Vehicle Towing / Dolly Towing (All-Wheel-Drive Vehicles)

All-wheel-drive vehicles must not be towed
with two wheels on the ground. To properly
tow these vehicles, they should be placed on
a platform trailer with all four wheels off of
the ground.
Caution
If the vehicle is towed with all four
wheels on the ground, the drivetrain
components could be damaged. The
repairs would not be covered by the
vehicle warranty...
To tow a front-wheel-drive vehicle from the
front with two wheels on the ground:
Put the front wheels on a dolly.
Move the shift lever to P (Park)...
Other information:
To remove the fuse block cover, squeeze the
clip and lift it up.
Caution
Spilling liquid on any electrical
component on the vehicle may damage
it. Always keep the covers on any
electrical component.
The vehicle may not be equipped with all of
the fuses, relays, and features shown...

Braking Skid — wheels are not rolling.
Steering or Cornering Skid — too much
speed or steering in a curve causes tires
to slip and lose cornering force...
